Well, the day started out good going to Clyde's in Baltimore to buy some live bait like we usually do. we knew we wanted to fish Choptank River and the best place is Bill Burton Fishing Pier. When we tried to go out on to the Eastern Shore we got stuck for about an hour on RT. 50, thanks to some tricky navigating through Annapolis I got us to the bridge in decent time. However when we made it to Bill Burton Fishing Pier we soon realized that they were closing soon and the only thing eating was the spot. We fish on Bill Burton a lot, the Choptank river is huge and we often try to find different pier but Bill Burton is the most accessable. The only issue with Bill Burton is that it is always so crowded. After we left we realized that the entire bay bridge was closed because a man had climbed to the top of the bay bridge and was threating to jump and apparently he had done this a few weeks before!

Fortunately for the man he was taken into custody safely but we got stuck on that on that side of the state. 4 hours sitting in traffic to go to Bill Burton and basically catch some bait. The next day we went to our spot in AA county and caught some nice perch using a mix of rooster tail spinner baits and mepps number 2 spinners with gold blades and then silver. The Perch were then given to a friend of mine who ate them. Thanks for watching!
