Horse Gets Loose & Runs Into Traffic - Owner Blames Horse - This Is A People Problem NOT The Horse

This is another example of People putting horses in dangerous situations and then when horse gets hurt THEY BLAME THE HORSE and say It Is The Horse's Fault.
