Biden Falls Off His Bike, It Must Be the Oil Companies Fault!

Joe Biden is totally healthy, competent and handsome, guys! Don't mind pops taking a dive for the 2nd time in a week, at least this time he had protection!

Joe's out on the town, riding his bike while people can't get fuel in their tank without turning tricks. So instead of working with Oil and Gas Companies, he's trying to enact price fixing. That should work wonders!
