No sooner did I get the first phase done on the project, than neighbors started showing up. I later found out these individuals filed complaints with the city. This caused a big mess with my project.

Everything about this project had the involvement of structural engineers, foresters, and other professionals. Even getting feedback from the city in advance.

The problem came in hiring folks from out of town. Numerous small-town problems came up covered in this video. Eventually, the project was stopped in the third phase.
