BREAD
1/2 cup warm water
4.5 cups flour
1tsp salt
1 egg beaten
1 cup warm milk

FILLING
1.5 lb shredded mozzarella
1/2 lb feta
abt 1/4 to 1/2 cup water

TOPPING
abt 2 sticks butter
4 eggs

preheat over to 450 deg, cook 12 to 15mn, until browning, take out, butter bread, place remaining butter in bread, make a divit for egg, add 1 egg, cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes. enjoy.
