Sometimes a claimant is really disappointed in his choice of appointed representative before the SSA, in a disability case. He wants to change up. There could be great reason, or not necessarily. This short video explains a claimant's unilateral right to terminate the appointment, but more importantly, explains some of the repercussion sand how jumping ship may not be the best choice - particularly if a claimant is hoping to get a replacement.
