Can Black Ops Cold War take the L?

During my vacation I took sometime watching some other COD content creators and wanted to see what their opinions were on Black Ops Cold War. After watching PrestigeIsKey, Xclusive Ace, and 402 Thunder, Cold War needs a lot more work before it gets released. Will Treyarch and Activision take the L and hold off on the release of Cold War? Like hell they will.
