Welcome to another episode of #WWFuquan, a behind-the-scenes walk-through series dedicated to showing the before, during, and after process of property restorations, providing you with insights into the work that goes into this arduous (yet rewarding) process.

In this episode, Fuquan show us the final few weeks culminating in the completed restoration of “The White House”. We see the team working day and night to catch up with the deadline after falling behind by 2 and a half months.

Working to restore this Victorian property presented some challenges of its own – restoring the original molding, maintaining as much of the original property as possible to retain it’s authenticity, and to recreate and capture the historical character of the home.

However, after 14 months of renovations, Fuquan takes us on the final walkthrough and we get to see the restored interior with extended master bedroom and remodeled kitchen, the painted exterior with replaced windows and restored roof, the new landscaping, and the newly installed fencing.
