A Superdad needs a Superdad Logo - Lost Foam Casting a Superdad Logo (Super Dad)

Hello everyone and welcome to my video. Today's video will be the making of an aluminum superdad logo. In this video I'll be using polystyrene foam that I carved the Superdad logo out of using my FoxAlien 4040 CNC router. This is a technique called "lost foam casting". The best type of foam to use in this type of casting is polystyrene. I then coated the superdad logo using household wall plaster, thinned with water. Once I did that 2 times I then let it dry and burried it in sand. I don't want to ruin the video by explaining everything. Sit back, kick up your feet, and enjoy the video!
