How Do Champions Develop Mental Toughness?

Most people I know aren't Olympic athletes or superstar actors.
Most people I know live each day being the best version of themselves. They deal with life in inspiring ways, mostly in silence without fanfares or gold medals.

These are the TRUE HEROS of the world. Getting up every day in the face of challenges and disagreement. The virtues they possess are through the years of ups and downs. Scars and bruises form the foundations of their lives.

Each day they start fresh. Yesterday is over, and tomorrow may never come, but they still play FULL OUT!
I am inspired by the Human Spirit that Champion in us all.

We all have different stories, and this week on The Curiosity Theory Hangout, we are going to Dig Deep into the stories of three champions. The topic is How Champions Develop Mental Toughness.
