The Family Channel (now Freeform) Closed Captioned Bumper 1992 (102120C)

The Family Channel "Closed Captioned/ Dolby Surround" bumper from 1992. This bumper was used up until 1998 when the network changed it's name to Fox Family having gone through three different promo campaigns. It is possible that this was also used by another network, although that has yet to be identified. The Family Channel is now Freeform.
