Lt. Rogers has authored several books and is a frequent guest commenter on FOX News, OAN, News Max, and other national media outlets. He served on the Advisory Board of President Donald J Trump’s 2016 and 2020 Campaign.

In 1981, Lt. Rogers was recruited to the United States Navy Reserves. He worked with the Office of Naval Intelligence until he retired as a Lieutenant Commander after 25 years of service. As a Navy Commander, Rogers served as the Deputy Director Intelligence Support Group, Homeland Security; Deputy Chief of Staff, (N2) Intelligence, and was also assigned as the U.S. Northern Command's Senior Military Intelligence Officer to the FBI National Joint Terrorism Task Force, Washington, D.C.

Lt. Rogers is married and has three children.
