Nestled in the heart of Hollywood, Topeekeegee Yungnee Park , commonly known just as "T. Y. Park" because nobody, but seriously, nobody- ask Google, really seems to know how to properly pronounce Topeekeegee, is indeed hard to pronounce, but easy to love.

Located at the corner of Sheridan Street and North Park Road- just west of I-95, T. Y. Park or, Topeekeegee Yungnee Park in Hollywood FL is named in honor of the Seminole Indians, many of whom live on a nearby reservation. The name, appropriately, means "meeting or gathering place" and the park itself is the perfect spot for outdoor activities, gatherings and parties.

It is a favorite of not only neighbors and locals, but is a desired destination for many Floridians and visitors alike. The huge 100-year-old oak trees provide shade throughout the park, giving it a northern, woodsy feel and the serene 40-acre lake is an attraction on its own with sailboats, windsurfing, paddleboats and canoes.

Bustling with activities for everyone, TY Park is a delight for children of all ages. Amongst the many amenities are tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, picnic areas and jogging trails. The lake in the center of the park, is wonderful for fishing, or you can “hit the beach” in the fantastic water park, Cast-away island in TY Park Hollywood. The swimming lagoon and water slides offer visitors an opportunity to cool off during the hot summer months and endless fun for all, a cool spot that provides for an enjoyable outing for the day. For the dog lovers and those who enjoy walking, there are picturesque walk trails. For the out of town visitors there are convenient camp grounds.

T.Y. Park is also known as the host for the Medieval Fair as well as many other special events, such as
- The Paradise Race Challenge, a 5-km race and one-mile fun-run is held several times annually,
- Fishing tournaments are held three times a year and for the fishing enthusiasts of all ages, there is a seven-week bass fishing course.
