This 3-hour Calming Sleep Meditation Music is designed to promote a deep delta wave sleep, or for overall relaxation in the evening.

In order to induce delta brainwaves, a person may need to devote at least 45 minutes to listening to this track, in a relaxed position. Research has now shown that this type of music may be able to change brain functioning in a similar way to medication.
