Honda Stateline, fury, interstate muffler baffle modification

I didn't want a crazy loud muffler, but I wanted to be able to hear my RPM's over the sound of the wind. I didn't want to spend any money on after market pipes, so I figured I would give this modification a try and if I messed it up, then I would by some aftermarket pipes. I started off with a hole saw attached to a bolt and welded to a long rod. It might have worked if I had found a piece of straight rod but it had a bend in it that I couldn't get out. I resorted to a very long 1/2 inch drill bit all the way through the muffler baffle and the catalyst. Then I took a type of pry bar and a BFH (big F------ Hammer) and beat the crap out of the catalyst. I managed to make a 1 inch hole all the way through and I didn't damage any chrome. I took it for a ride and It is the perfect compromise between loud enough to hear over the wind and quiet enough to not be a source of aggravation or annoyance for anyone that has to hear it pass through their town.
