Clear Evidence Armenians Living In Nagorno-Karabakh For Hundreds Of Years

While I was On my way to the Armenia - Azerbaijan war frontline with Nagorno-Karabakh Artsakh Soldiers we came across Clear Evidence Armenians Living In Nagorno-Karabakh For Hundreds Of Years. We stopped at a Christian church which was built by Armenians in 1300 AD. This clearly goes against the Azerbaijan version of the history of Nagorno-Karabakh. How can Nagorno-Karabakh belong to Azerbaijan(a Muslim State) if Armenians have been building churches there for hundreds of years?
