Joining me today is coach and author, Vanessa McDonald. Vanessa spent seventeen years working in corporate, starting in communication as an intern and working her way up the ladder. At the top, her learning and growth stopped which led her to leave and follow her own passions. This got her to write “The Brave Journal,” a journal which allows the user to plan for effective goals. Vanessa tells me about her background in corporate, why she left, the origins of the journal, and why imposter syndrome shelved the idea for a few months.
