Friday Morning Devotions from Bethany Church, October, 30, 2020

For our Friday devotion we return back to the letters of Samuel Rutherford and today we read as Rutherford wrote to Mr. Hugh Henderson and encouraged him not to smart under Christ's discipline. To see the attacks of Satan as a mercy, as the devil only attacks those he hates. The second letter we read was to Lord Balmerinoch, who had written Rutherford in prison. Rutherford responds with a word of encouragement for Lord Balmerinoch.
