This beautiful custom ruby necklace features a center 10x10mm 5.20 carat custom cut heart shaped Chatham-created ruby. It is surrounded by a halo of 24 1.5mm round natural diamonds G+ VS quality (approximately .36 cttw.).

The pendant is affixed to an 18″ long 14k yellow gold 1.1mm rolo chain featuring four white gold bezel set diamond stations. Each station holds a 2mm G+ VS natural diamond for an estimated total diamond weight of .12 cttw.
