U. S. Naval Academy Surprise Catch : We got a surprise catch at the U.S. Naval Academy, I played hooky last Wednesday and fished at Jonas Green Park in Annapolis with the Urban Outdoors DMV fishing crew. We fished across from the U.S. Naval Academy and we got a surprise catch. We know that the naval academy is on salt water but this catch was a complete surprise, we had no idea that Red Drum were this far up in the bay! The Red Drum wasn't a keeper but I had no idea they were anywhere near the Naval Academy in Annapolis. I have been told that that is a sign of salinity coming back up North in the bay. I did all of my damage with an assorted array of inline spinner blades, the expert fisherwoman caught a bunch of perch with live bait. Thank you for supporting the channel like and subscribe!
