Economy of Well-being with Mark Anielski

Mark Anielski discovered over 30 years ago that the word well-being is at the heart of most of the words used in economics and business. The word 'wealth' originates from the Middle English (13th Century) word wela-th which literally means 'the conditions of well-being.'
Economic growth improves people’s wellbeing, whereas wellbeing and health of the population enhance economic growth and stability. This interlinkage must be better recognized. Mark calls this approach, the Economy of Wellbeing.
