Although the governor makes the mandates, the Sheriff can decide whether or not the mandates are constitutional or not. The Sheriff does not serve the governor or the federal government, the Sheriff serves “We the People”.

We’ve already learned the science and we all know the vaccine mandate is Unconstitutional. The term “Mandate” is not in our Constitution! The facts make it clear: the vaccine does not stop anyone from getting COVID or spreading it. I believe in “Freedom of Choice”. It is time for us to think for ourselves and make our own personal health decisions. Our police department is in charge of enforcing statutory laws, and as Sheriff I will not allow unconstitutional mandates to be forced upon our citizens.

As your next Sheriff, I promise to dedicate my time standing up for and defending your civil liberties. I’m a true patriot and love our police, military, citizens—and our flag.
