From my archives, here I am Doing a Fascial Stretch Therapy Session (FST)

During the session I sadly tore ligament in my knee as the instructor was taking the stretch is way too deep and it caused some damage to my knee joint. Very unfortunate situation but I captured some good moments of it in this video.
