Sourdough English muffins- Full Ferment

Full fermented sourdough english muffins using a cast iron biscuit pan. No dry flour used in the ingredients, only fermented flour. This is a family favorite, easy with some pre planning.

Recipe:
Ingredients-
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. starter
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Mix into dough and let sit overnight on counter, covered, at least 8 to 12 hours.
In the morning add:
1 Tbsp. Powdered milk
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
Incorporate into fermented dough. This could take some work to get it to a shaggy dough.
Divide into 12 pieces. Cook on top of stove at a low to med-low heat. Roughly 15 minutes on each side.
