15 minute Guided Meditation for Transforming Thoughts and Emotions.
This guided visualization meditation for transforming thoughts and emotions is designed to train the brain to upon thoughts as mere occurrences, thus reducing the emotional charge that they bring. Thoughts are mere secretions of the brain, and to separate thoughts and emotions allows the mental compliance of letting thoughts come and go, like currents moving down stream.
This visualization meditation helps you recognize the kind of thoughts that might pop up other times; therefore, utilizing the concepts within this meditation at any time unhelpful thoughts try to invade.
Like a day transforming to evening, gentle waves transforming to a storm, or like a rough current transforming to a gentle stream, our thoughts move with the tide of our control.
