On the Monday of September 10th, 2001 then Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld acknowledged to the American public that the Pentagon can't account for $2.3 Trillion dollars in transactions and considered the situation 'a matter of life and death.'

On September 11th, 2001 the accounting offices in the Pentagon were blown up!
