Searching for Wild Ayahuasca in the Jungle of Ecuador

Hola! This video is a vlog made during a recent trip to Zamora, Ecuador, in search of wild ayahuasca. The first part showcases beautiful downtown Zamora, including restaurants, parks, and street art.
In the second part, we venture into the jungle, where we would encounter a vast number of strange and beautiful plants and natural features. Eventually we find a very large and ancient ayahuasca vine. Later, having been granted permission to explore some privately owned jungle property, we had the honor of harvesting some wild aya. While sinking in quicksand. Please be aware that is illegal to cut plants within the Podocarpus park, so do not come to Zamora for that purpose, unless you have permission from a private landowner.
Friendly people and beautiful wild jungle nestled in the Andean mountains make Zamora a must-see for anyone planning to visit the gorgeous country of Ecuador!
