2 1/2 scoops hulled hempseeds
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons whole Greek yogurt
tablespoon turmeric powder
1 banana
small handful of blackberries
small handful of blueberries
small handful of raspberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 lemon (squeezed)

I realize not all meat is the same. just be cautious of what you put in your body
