American Expat 63: Fallout

Its the morning after Election Day, and votes are still being counted. It sounds like they will be being counted for quite some time. Without any winners, what does that mean? It means uncertainty. I see three possible scenarios, one really good (economically), one with a very slow recovery, but business as usual, and one very bad in every possible way. Lets hope for the best, whatever way you happen to lean politically.
