In this review video I try out the brand new Gorilla Pump pre-workout from yummy sports. This is a caffeine free pre-workout that gives amazing muscular pumps and has a few things in to help with focus without having stimulants. I got this icon flavour here and it taste really great my favourite thing about this pre-workout is that it is caffeine free and effective. It's hard to find caffeine free pre-workouts that give you that result that you want, but this one I find works really great.
