Apologies on this one. Apparently Adobe After Effects doesn't like rendering this audio this time around, so I had to fall back on iMovie 😅

Been a while since I tried doing a nap/sleep aid, but hopefully this one helps someone out there! It's more designed as a power nap rather than having you fall asleep, so I'm not responsible if you miss a class ok? 🤣
