Making a Support Jack for my Saw-horse and workbench.

I decided to make a support Jack for my workshop. This is to assist when sawing long boards either cross-cut or ripping.
As for the workbench, this helps in a lot of situations where I have a longish board that needs something to rest on, while the bench hooks holds it in place.
I had a spare thread rod sitting around, and decided to use it to make the Support Jack height adjustable for the specific task/board.
