How to modify a seat for a broken tail bone

I removed my motorcycle seat, removes the covering, hollowed out the foam where it hit my tail bone and stabled the cover back on. First, I moved my windshield closer to me by inverting the forks clamps. I noticed a difference in the amount of air hit me in the face. Then, I fixed my electric gate remote opener to my handlebars. I took the turn signal apart and fixed it and then I disassembled the seat, removed the foam that made my tailbone hurt and recovered the seat. Went on a 1 hour ride and the modification I made was a 100% improvement.
