Sunday Longplay - 20XX (Switch) - Unlocking the Revenants (Defiant Mode, 3 Skulls On)

This week on Sunday Longplay, 20XX continues as we unlock the remaining characters! By beating the game on Defiant difficulty with three of the difficulty-enhancing skulls turned on, you can unlock alternate revenant versions of all four characters! The Revenants have lower stats, weaker weapons, and can't equip core augments, but they do get bigger positive boosts from Prototypes from Very Safe Labs. The three skulls I used are Marathon (longer levels), Swarm (more enemies), and Destiny (one pre-set route through the game).
