2009年4月7日美國聯邦上訴法院宣判：
1. 台灣人無國籍。
2. 台灣人無國際承認的政府。
3. 台灣人仍生活在政治煉獄中。
4. 美國行政單位應主動協助原告。
5. 台灣仍在美國軍事占領中。

On april7,2009, the United States federal court of appeals declared:
1. Taiwanese are stateless.
2. Taiwanese have no internationally recognized government.
3. Taiwanese people still live in political purgatory.
4. the U.S. administrative unit shall actively assist the plaintiff.
5. Taiwan is still under US military occupation.
