As you guessed from the title, yes, I am an Introvert and for so long, I had no idea what that was. For so long, I didn't even understand myself or why I even loved being in my own company. I often thought I was weird because of how everyone responded to my desire to just be in my own company. As a result, I developed insecurities when I was little and it wasn't until years later that I discovered that I in fact was an Introvert. To all the introverts out there who are misunderstood or you feel the pressure from todays world to fit in and be like everyone else - stand tall and appreciate your uniqueness.
