Russia has become India’s second-biggest oil supplier in recent months, as Indian refiners bought about 25 million barrels of Russian oil last month, representing over 16% of the country’s oil imports. We heard from Rishabh Sethi, the president of the Indian Center for Promotion of International Initiatives, about the future prospects for ties between Moscow and New Delhi.
