In 2015, Justin Trudeau borrowed a phrase from former prime minister Wilfried Laurier and promised "sunny ways" to Canadians if he were elected. In the time since, does it seem like Trudeau still shares that belief in governing with warmth and kindness? Or does he constantly spout divisive rhetoric, never trying to govern for all Canadians, just for enough Canadians to keep narrowly winning elections.
