A New Pack Member Has Appeared! INTRODUCING: Libitina, "Libby"

An 8 week old puppy was surrendered to a local rescue and brought to our veterinarian for treatment after suffering an attack from a Labrador Retriever. A 3D CT scan revealed that her skull was severely fractured. After eleven days of medication, fluids, and observation, she was released to be rehomed.

The first time I saw her was three days after the attack and I was blown away by how responsive and active she was considering her state. Over the next eight days, I couldn't stop admiring her tenacity. Once she was cleared to be homed, I brought her to ours.
