The Vandy Vape Kylin II is definitely a flavor banger. No wonder it was the best RTA of 2018. The Kylin Mini II... not so much with the coils that came in the packaging. The Kylin Mini II will require another visit at a later date to determine what the best coils are for this RTA. There has got to be something better with less mass that actually produces the flavor this tank is capable of.
