Doom 2: Hell on Earth (Ultra-Violence Plus 100%) - Map 5: The Waste Tunnels

Map 5 of Doom 2 introduces three new enemies: the Lost Soul, the Hell Knight, and the Cacodemon. With UV+'s fast monsters, Cacodemon fireballs move twice as fast and Lost Souls constantly charge at you, making them even more of a pain than they already were.
