Seattle's new park plan is to create 'Community Clean Teams’ to deal with trash piling up all over Seattle—especially in parks, where homeless camps are growing each day.

Recently, it was William Place Park where the Seattle Parks and Recreation Quick Response Team had the task of clearing garbage piling up faster than crews can keep up with.

They picked up almost 3,000of trash from just one park.

So not really dealing with the source of the problem but making the parks cleaner. For now.
