2020 Take off hardware acceleration in chrome

Doing this solved lag at youtube, starting the browser , using the unreal launcher, and unreal engine and thus when doing things NOT watching is advised to turn off

goto upper right 3 dots of chrome
click scroll down to settings
click advanced and look for

HARDWARE ACCELERATION uncheck and enjoy
