Stop Worrying About Being Judged - Stop Caring What Other People Think Energy/Frequency Healing

Many people center their lives around making other people happy and doing what pleases others. They are afraid to express their truth or hold back doing what they really want to do because of the fear of what others might think of them and how they might judge them.

Yet, if you would ask 20 people about one person they know about the perceived flaws that person has, you will get 20 different answers. Many of these will be quite the opposite of each other.

Bottom line: You can not influence what others think of you. They will think what they will think and judge you anyway, so why not start to live fully, express your truth and live a happy life. Others will always try to get you to fit into their comfort zones, but that is their problem and not yours. By becoming healthy, whole and complete within yourself you will start to radiate that out to others and start to be the change that you want to see.

This is a process and it will take as long as it takes, as there might be layers upon layers that need to unfurl and be released. It will be different for everyone, depending on where you are on your journey.

Just trust in the process, let everything and everyone go that no longer serves.

Beneficial frequencies and tones that are additionally layered with powerful energy work designed to release trauma and help your mind and body to let go of everything that has been unconsciously held onto, but no longer serves.
