INGREDIENTS:

• 2 sliced ​​zucchinis.
• 1 slice of smoked pepperoni sausage in pieces.
• 50 g of bacon
• 2 chopped tomatoes.
• ½ chopped green pepper.
• ½ medium onion chopped.
• 4 crushed garlic cloves.
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
• Salt and black pepper

PREPARATION:

1. In a pan, fry the bacon and sausage in oil.
2. Remove the sausage and in the same pan fry the onion, garlic, pepper, and zucchini.
3. Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook the zucchini al dente.
5. Add the chopped parsley and the fried sausage and mix well.
6. Serve with white rice or pasta.

COMO FAZER ABOBRINHA À MINEIRA

INGREDIENTES:

• 2 abobrinhas cortadas.
• 1 gomo de linguiça calabresa defumada em pedaços.
• 50 gramas de bacon
• 2 tomates sem semente picados.
• ½ pimentão verde picado.
• ½ cebola média picada.
• 4 dentes de alho amassados.
• 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite
• 2 colheres (sopa) de salsinha picada.
• Sal e pimenta-do-reino à gosto.

MODO DE PREPARO:

1. Numa panela frite o bacon e a linguiça no azeite.
2. Retire a linguiça e na mesma panela frite a cebola, o alho, o pimentão, a abobrinha.
3. Junte os tomates e tempere com sal e pimenta do reino à gosto.
4. Deixe cozinhar a abobrinha al dente.
5. Junte a salsinha picada e a linguiça frita e misture bem.
6. Sirva com arroz branco ou macarrão.
