How to make a Shepherd's Pie stuffed with processed turkey breast
INGREDIENTS:
• 300g of chopped turkey breast (you can substitute for ham.)
• 1 kg of potatoes, peeled and boiled in salted water.
• 5 tablespoons of cream cheese.
• 100g heavy whipping cream.
• 300g of chopped mozzarella.
• 50g of grated parmesan cheese.
• 1 egg.
• Margarine for greasing.
• Grated Parmesan cheese to decorate.
• Salt, black pepper and oregano
PREPARATION:
1. Mash the potatoes, add the grated parmesan cheese, the heavy whipping cream, the egg, season with salt, pepper and oregano and mix well.
2. Grease a platter with margarine and place half of the mashed potatos.
3. Make a layer with the chopped turkey breast, cream cheese and the last layer with mozzarella.
4. Cover with the rest of the mashed potatos, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and bake in a medium oven for 25 minutes.
5. Serve with white rice and salad.

• 300g de peito de peru picado (pode substituir por presunto ou apresuntado).
• 1 kg de batatas descascadas e cozidas em água e sal.
• 5 colheres de sopa de requeijão cremoso.
• 1/2 caixinha de creme de leite.
• 300g de mussarela picada.
• 50g de queijo ralado.
• 1 ovo.
• Margarina para untar.
• Queijo parmesão ralado para decorar.
• Sal, pimenta do reino e orégano à gosto.
MODO DE PREPARO:
1. Faça um purê com as batatas, junte o queijo ralado, o creme de leite, o ovo, tempere com sal, pimenta e orégano à gosto e misture bem.
2. Unte uma travessa com margarina e coloque a metade do purê.
3. Faça uma camada com o peito de peru, outra camada com o requeijão e a última camada com a mussarela.
4. Cubra com o restante do purê, salpique queijo ralado e leve ao forno médio por 25 minutos para gratinar.
5. Sirva com arroz branco.
