How to Make Cabbage Cigars with Minced Meat / Como Fazer Charuto de Repolho Com Carne Moída
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 large cabbage.
• 700 g of minced meat.
• 3 cups of raw rice.
• 4 minced garlic cloves.
• seasoning of your choice.
• tomato sauce.
• 1 chopped onion.
• 3 to 4 cups of water.
• Salt and black pepper.
PREPARATION:
1. Separate the cabbage leaves and cut the stalk from the middle part.
2. Put the leaves to cook in boiling water until they are al dente (no need to cook too much). Drain and reserve.
3. In a bowl, mix the raw rice, minced meat, onion, garlic, seasonings, salt and pepper.
4. Open the cabbage leaf, place the rice and meat mixture and roll it up like a cigar.
5. Place them in a pan next to each other (never on top), add the tomato sauce with the water, place over the cigars until they are covered.
6. Cook for about 30 minutes without stirring.

INGREDIENTES:
• 1 repolho grande.
• 700 g de carne moída.
• 3 xícaras de arroz cru.
• 4 dentes de alho picados.
• 1 sachê de tempero tipo sazón.
• 1 sachê de molho de tomate.
• 1 cebola picada.
• 3 a 4 xícaras de água.
• Sal e pimenta-do-reino à gosto.
MODO DE PREPARO:
1. Separe as folhas do repolho e corte o talo da parte do meio.
2. Coloque as folhas para cozinhar em água fervendo até que fiquem al dente (Não precisa cozinhar muito). Escorra e reserve.
3. Em uma vasilha misture o arroz, a carne moída, a cebola, o alho, o sazón, o sal e a pi-menta.
4. Abra a folha do repolho, coloque a mistura de arroz e carne e enrole como se fosse um rocambole.
5. Coloque-os em uma panela um do lado do outro (nunca em cima), misture o molho de tomate com a água, coloque sobre os charutos até que estejam cobertos.
6. Leve para cozinhar por mais ou menos 30 minutos sem mexer.
