How to make Tilapia in Tomato Sauce / Como Fazer Tilápia ao Molho de Tomate!!!!!
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 kg of tilapia fillet.
• 1 cup of tomato sauce.
• 1/2 cup olive oil.
• 5 minced garlic cloves.
• 2 large onions, cut into rings.
• 4 large potatoes cut into thin slices.
• 6 tomatoes, cut into slices.
• parsley, chive and olives.
• Salt and black pepper.
PREPARATION:
1. In a large pan, place the olive oil and start to cook the onion until it is
golden, add the garlic, cook for another minute and add the tomato sauce.
2. Start to make layers with the sliced potatoes, the onions, another layer with the fish fillets and the last layer with the tomatoes.
3. In each layer put a little salt and pepper.
4. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for approximately 40 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
5. No mixing required.
6. Finish with parsley and chive, olives and more oil if you prefer.
7. Serve with rice.

INGREDIENTES:
• 1 kg de filé de tilápia.
• 1 xícara de molho de tomate.
• 1/2 xícara azeite de oliva.
• 5 dentes de alho picados.
• 2 cebolas grandes cortadas em rodelas.
• 4 batatas grandes cortadas em rodelas finas.
• 6 tomates maduros cortados em rodelas.
• Cheiro verde e azeitonas à gosto.
• Sal e pimenta-do-reino à gosto.
MODO DE PREPARO:
1. Em uma panela grande, coloque o azeite de oliva e comece a refogar a cebola até que fique
dourada, acrescente o alho, refogue por mais um minuto e coloque o molho de tomate.
2. Comece a fazer camadas com as batatas em rodelas, as cebolas, outra camada com os filés de peixe e a última camada com os tomates.
3. Em cada camada coloque um pouquinho de sal e pimenta.
4. Tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo por aproximadamente 40 minutos ou até cozinhar as batatas.
5. Não é preciso misturar.
6. Finalize com cheiro verde, azeitonas e mais azeite se preferir.
7. E sirva com acompanhamento de sua preferência.
