Causa Sui (pronounced ['kau̯. sa ˈsʊ. i:]; meaning "cause of itself" in Latin) one that is not the result of prior events and also denotes something which is generated within itself. This concept was central to the works of Baruch Spinoza, Sigmund Freud, Jean-Paul Sartre, and Ernest Becker, where it relates to the purpose that objects can assign to themselves.

Pirepol is a town from old Jugoslavija where my ancestors came from and does not exist anymore. There is no any information and even clue about that place so I thought it can be an appropriate name for begin a new journey.

Seyrüsefer meaning is route of the trip. Basically navigation. I've started to making this track inspired a track with the same name from Turkish Pop Music singer Sertab Erener's exceptional album 'Sertab Gibi'. Later on I've performed the vocals from a traditional Balkan Song that my father sing at home time to time when I was a kid.

Umut Uslusoy, a.k.a. Mutus, started his music journey as a guitarist. Then he dived into music production and qualified as a sound designer. He has been combining all these skills in his music just like mixing various genres in his sets. As his alias ‘Mutus’ (mute/silent in Latin) refers to, he aims to establish a speechless communication with his audience through his music, which is profound and beyond words.
