- Quad contraction.
- Foam roll leg extension – also the foam roll leg lockout
- Single leg raise
- Angled single leg raise
- Side lying leg raise
- Single leg balance – assistance

Phase 2

- Chair leg extension
- Single leg balance and assisted bend – multi direction
- Mini squat - Chair squat – or ready to squat
- Bridge

Phase 3

- Single leg chair squat
- Single leg bridge
- Split lunge
- Step up / stairs

Phase 4

- Single leg hopping and balancing
- Ice skater
- Skipping
- Jogging
